04). A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final succesful bid due at closing
05). Deposit returned immediately following auction if not winning bidder
06). Winning bidder required to execute contract immediately following auction
07). Contract requires a second non-refundable deposit on or before May 2, 2007 bringing total deposit to 20%
08). Balance due at closing on or about June 6, 2007
09). Winning bidder will be responsible for utilities & taxes at closing
10). Real Estate is sold as-is, where-is and subject to seller confirmation
11). Any desired inspections and or research must be done prior to auction and can be scheduled by appointment
